USB power in sleep mode

I've an ASUS s400ca laptop running win10 on an i3. I want to keep the USB power on even if I put my laptop to sleep mode so that I can still charge my stuffs..tried things with USB root hub in the Device manager section, changed settings from advanced settings in Power options but its not working at all. Is it that my motherboard isn't supporting that functionality ??

Only a few laptops beween ~2008 and 2013 supported it before manufacturers found out it was a ridiculously stupid thing to do. Nowadays few laptops have it because it drains batteries like crazy and can lead to consumer complaints (that are their own fault). If the BIOS options don't list it (will only be found in BIOS options), then no, you don't have that "feature"
