I bought one of these to download diabetes meter info to a website. Then after I installed the device successfully, I noticed the website only offers connection through Irda connected to serial ports. Specifically my choices are restricted to COM 1, 2, 3 or 4. Please tell me of a way to trick something into believing I am using one of these ports. It would be disheartening to learn I must buy another IrDA for my serial port.
