Question USB Type A PCI Bracket

I've been searching for two days now trying two find a PCI Bracket that only has a SINGLE hole for a USB Type A. I need it for a project of mine. I was only able to find only two products:

1. Single One Port USB A Male to Female Adapter Cable Half Size Rear Bracket Cable 12cm , which is no good because it's low profile..

and

2. USB PCI Bracket with SeaLATCH Type A Port , which is a little expensive for this kind of thing.

Does anyone know where could I find or where should I look for this? I'd also prefer it to have two hole for the screws.

Why does a dual port that you fill the second port with epoxy not work ?

I don't think epoxy would look good on that, but if I don't find anything else, I might just as well do that.

There are USB port covers, like these soft rubber ones for waterproofing,

or harder to remove plastic ones for public terminals and kiosks (which disable the ports in the BIOS for security but these deter people from trying to charge from them)

If you are handy with metalworking though, it's just a single rectangular hole with two drilled holes for the screws. You could even put it on the case body, or I like to add one port to a slotcover for something else, like eSATA.

I think those port covers only cover USB ports, so the whole USB hole will be bigger.
