Question Usb webcam is not being detected in desktop pc

I have a plug and play usb webcam for my desktop pc. It is not being detected. Nothing is showing up in device manager and camera app also can't find any camera device. The webcam perfectly works with my laptop.
My desktop motherboard is Msi mpg x570 gaming pro carbon wifi with AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor. And I'm running windows 10. Anyone help please.

Tried all ports. It is not working. My motherboard is new.

Front and back? The front USB ports rely on the the wire from your front panel header on the motherboard to the connector on the front of your case.

The USB ports that you've tried - do other devices (like maybe your mouse) work in them?
