at my office i have beam static ip connection with maximum speed.

You'd have to talk to your ISP, but almost certainly not.

I guess it depends on who is paying for it, but think of it like this. There are roads that you take to get to work, but those roads don't go to your house the same way they go to work. Internet is a lot the same way. Whoever is paying for the connection is paying to have that connection only at work. To get that same connection speed and service at home is going to cost you.
