Used to get 60-70 fps on GTA V, now only getting around 40-50

I just got a ssd and installed my os onto it, then formatted my hdd. I realized I didn't
take screenshots of my settings for anything. Everything except GTA V I seemed to get right. On GTA V I used to get an average of 60 fps, and at sometimes dip to 55 which isn't too bad. Now no matter what settings I use I always get around 55-50 fps and even sometimes dip to 40.

My specs are:
fx 8300
gtx 1050ti
16gb ddr3 1600

Also for some reason whenever I start gta v my screen brightness completely changes for some reason? I don't really care about this though.

I would go to userbenchmark.com and run a test. It will run a bench on all of your hardware and compare it to other submitted results. It will tell you if your hardware is performing as it should.

I just got the results and it says my cpu, ssd and ram are all under performing .

You may download Malwarebytes. In order to scan if your pc viruses.
Mine was like that. My fos on game wasnt max perform. So i try malwarebytes. And guess what. Its gave my pc power back
