I think the problem I have is a corrupt profile but I'm not sure. Can
anyone confirm this and suggest remedy please?
I have an XP user on a Win2003 served network - roaming profiles enabled.
Currently there are three users of a PC - generally just for email access
via exchange server.
Two users can logon to the machine and launch Outlook.
One user can logon (his menus are a bit disorganised) but when he tries to
start Outlook he gets a "Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook" error box.
I have tried making the user an administrator of the local machine but no
good.
Is this likely a profile issue?
If so how do I do a clean removal of the user, then let him log on again for
his profile to come down off the server?
TIA
Phil
