I used to be able to be able to burn files via the send to menu and the balloon would pop up saying files ready to be written to cd, now under the send to i no longer have the option that lets me send files to my d drive and my computer tells me that drive d is inaccessible what could have changed this and how do i fix it?Help!!!!!Please!!!!!

Yes it plays cd's and dvd's just fine and I can also burn cd's using other burning software.If you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem you can email me at redrocker01@hotmail.com thanks so much!!
