In my country its harder to get above 70% isopropyl alcohol. Need to have licence or some kind of confirmation. I have this liquid which is used as antiseptic 60% isopropyl alcohol , aqua, Benzalalkonium chloride (dunno amount), Polyaminopropyl biguanide (dunno amount).
Is it good enough if i let sticks dry few hours before setting them in place? And should i clean contacts on motherboard also, where sticks are placed, and if so, with same liquid or paper?
Im reseating cause windows says 16gb memory installed but 7,99gb usable. Tried already reseating cpu and cmos clearing and fixing windows corrupted files.

Solution
Show me this page of Task Manager please.

Found ram memory problem finally!
Cleaned ram sticks and mobo ram slots with Isopropyl alcohol, reconnected motherboard cables and tried low / high pressure when mounting cpu heatsink and got my forcer corrupt win7 disc working and repair installed win7. after all that NOTHING CHANGED, still crashing on benchmarks after 5mins and 8gb usable memory problem.
Then i proceeded to clean my processor pin side with same stuff.. never looked closely to motherboard cpu slot before but suddenly i could see 1 pin shining in light differently. Then got magnifying glass and... there was only 1 pin out of all pointing completely wrong way. I used credit card to get it back in place.. didnt quite make it cause it started to move other pins too and i dont have much better tool for it. But after just moving it to right direction, replacing thermal compound, mounting heatsink back on... When i start windows and go to control panel.. OMG 16gb memory just like in your picture markw. Proceeded to task manager and everything has doubled, same with every benchmark and program. Cant beleive just 1 freaking ping wrong way would do this....
Need to start now figuring out if benchmarks still suck and bsod starts again.. atleast one problem out of the way. thx for help everyone!

Laughing out atm. Did now first memtest with pin fixed. and in 1 run 500+ errors for memory... dont know whats happening cause i didnt get even 1 error before on memtest86, stock voltage or at 1.65v.. could even run it past night with 0 errors... now suddenly 500 erros and system unstable.. but HEY now i have 16gb in control panel.. worth it? done 3 tests now and all pass 500+ errors.
I checked even single fibers off from memory sticks after cleaning them with isoprophyl alcohol, and used compressed air for cleaning.. didnt touch any gold colored with my fingers. What should i do?

Cleaned almost whole motherboard with alcohol, there was few tiny drops of thermal paste on circuitws leading from cpu to memory sticks, looked like been there for more than a year. Run up memtest, 20h testing now with 3-4 passes and 0 errors, before cleaning i had atleast 500 errors after 5mins of every test.
Aftr thast i checked Mobo manual also says that system should only recodnize 15gb memory when 4x4 sticks installed not 16gb like my system did after reseating the cpu pin and unchecking msconfig max memory setting. I tried fix that by checking again the x in msconfig => advanced and then max memory, rebooted and now it shows 16gb (15.00gb usable) in control panel and uses max 15gb on task manager. Its somehow now more stable than trying to use all 16gb memory.

Should i change msconfig max memory back to unchecked or just let it be checked with that setting and 15gb usable memory, now its atleast closest to mobo manual ram settings?

Anyway this thread is closed and thx everyone for help, dont know how to lock these threads after problem is solved.

Looks like it was corrected in 1.3 bios : - Fixed system report incorrect memory size when install 4G memory.
I have 1.9 bios so its latest.
Done now 3 passes memtest last night, then IBT 10 passes on high, 10 on very high, 10 on maximum ( never passed that one before ).
Loaded prime95 and did around 3-4h testing with 4096-4096FFT and other tests, then i loaded OCCTs occt cpu stress test and it failed after 45mins, does this mean my cpu/ram still is not stable at stock or OCCT just sucks compared to other stress cpu tests?

I have a suggestion. Just use your computer like normal for awhile. No more stress testing and all of that. If it runs well and is stable, leave things alone at this point. We can actually worry ourselves to death worry about all the technical things in these boxes. So just do what you want to do with it. Hopefully, with the latest BIOS, it will work fine for you now. On the other hand, if it blows up, you are always welcome to come back and we'll see if we cannot get to the bottom of this.

Yes you where right all along about the pin. I bought this mobo from a smoker btw, only reading now on forums that its not very good thing. I didnt know before lot about computers so i didnt even inspect it so well before purchasing, now looking at it closesly i see this brown stuff all over, and thermal paste also everhwere. Dont want to start cleaning too much if i end up breaking someting with alcohol, cause its working now best ive seen. Too bad i bought it to overclock cpu for the first time, thats why im obsessed with stable system so i can start bumbing up multiplier. I didnt even test intel turbo boost yet, even that would help a little cause its so old cpu. I will try raise cpuvtt.. stock is around 1.1 so it isnt much of a change. thx eveyrone

VTT now 1.2 but i still get errors in OCCT it didnt help, on both low memory occt test i get it already after 5-10mins and higher memory around 30-45min. Tried search error file but cant find it anywhere. Will do memtest for 6-8hours next and see if someting has changed. Then maybe prime95 (with 90% memory used) blend for same amount of time.

Here is pictures of my bios settings, if you guys could help me find if some obvious thing is wrong. I can change ram timings on advanced settings if that is necressary. Will do 1 by 1 memory stick test in few days to finally see if its RAM causing all this. Odd thing is on some days i pass memtest86 easily for 2-3 passes and cpu stress testing even IBT at maximum can run 10+ passes. I have memtest86 and memtest86+ on 2 different sticks, are there any reason to pick one from the other? Im getting shitload of errors on both though after first minute now. Memtest failing started when i corrected that cpu pin and got 8 => 16gb memory usable.

ADDED: Doing memtest+ did 12h with few passes and no errors, memtest 4.3.7 doing another 12h soon 2nd pass without errors. Dont think this is ram problem. Although in memtest+ it said 1 core active / 1 core total and after that (SMP😀ISABLED). Like it didnt even detect more cores, pressed F3 and it used all 4 cores same time and crashed after that, but it already did 2 passes with 1 core. Memtest 4.3.7 detects 8 threads and is using all. I bet it would go on days without any error, then after i shoot up cpu stress testing or play games, it starts failing after first minute. Cpu temp on test is around 40c maybe 43c max. Is there any settings on these tests or any memtest version which is *fail-safe*?
