[SOLVED] Using buffalo HD on MacBook

i am currently using a Buffalo HD on my I Mac and want to also use it on my Mac Book,when I connect it the Icon shows on the screen and I can see some of the contents on the Mac Book but I can't see the photos on it,what am I doing wrong,Help.

Sounds like it's probably a permissions problem. Follow the procedure in the linked article to give permissions to everyone. (You need to do this on the iMac.)
