Hello everyone

This is probably a tough and unusual question:
I have a Sony Clie T615C PDA with a color 320x320 LCD screen. This little toy is too old by PDA years to be very useful. However, I was hoping to salvage the gorgeous screen and connect it via Serial (or preferably USB) to act as my PC’s front-panel LCD (much like Matrix Orbital and CrystaFontz screens).

Has anyone tried this or has any clue where to start?

Thanks,
Igor

Igor, so I understand correctly, what you wish to do is connect the Sony LCD to your PC, right?

Well then, unless there's a simple solution, hacking the Clie is the way to go. Now I've never hacked a PDA unit, but I can give you a rough idea of what your project entails. I believe there are devices on the market which allow video via USB, as well as small LCDs with USB connectivity.
