Question using steam on multiple computers caused fps stutter in Runescape

OK So Runescape was running quite smoth before i also added Steam on my other PC.
(And also tried Runescape on the other PC.)
after that i noticed more of Fps stutters on my first computer playing Runescape via steam.
my question is, Is there any files or such i can delete or how is the way to fix this?

I have tried to reinstall the game also and delete folders, etc.

The problem is most likely not related to my hardware but i think its a bug in Steam using Steam on multiple computers.

Is the game perhaps streaming from the other computer? If you have it installed on both and are logged into steam on both, you have the option to play it locally or stream it from your other computer.

No it is not that.
i uninstalled steam on my other PC

Runescape also updated. so it might be a bug in the update.
but if you know anything about this, let me know
