Using the Antec 200mm radiator, safe or not?

I'm looking for a 200mm radiator to place in my corsair 650D (will be putting it where the front 200mm intake fan is). Apart from that I will put a dual 120mm rad at the top of the case (but still inside). The problem is, I can only find 2 200mm rads, the Phobya Xtreme (which is out of stock) and the Antec 200mm which is made of aluminum and I've heard that is a big no no for water cooling.

I can't find the Phobya Xtreme anywhere else and it has been out of stock for a while on frozencpu.

Can I just use the Antec? And if not do you know anywhere I could get the Phobya or any other 200mm rad online? They would need to ship to Australia tho.

You really don't want to go the route of aluminium if you don't want to.

Try auqatuning on the Phobya; they appear to have it in stock, and they appeal to a large part of the world's population...you can always contact them to double-check shipping.
