I just bought one of this to my 9500@9800?The thing is that the kit includes ramsinks and i put them but but the strange thing is that my mem doesn´t oc as much as it before!Without the ramsinks i could get around 320mhz and now at 315 i start to get artifacts in 3dmark!Could it be that the termal tape included in the kit sucks and is not spreading the heat but instead is heating the mems?

Yes the thermal tape SUCKS, but usually ramsinks won't increase your OC much, if at all, unless its active cooling.

DON'T USE THE RAMSINKS THAT CAME WITH THE ICEBERQ 4 KIT! THEY SUCK TOO MUCH. If you have an old processor heatsink, hack it up with a saw, and that'll get you much better performance if you use AS epoxy or even AL epoxy.
