They're pretty uncommon over here since they were never officially released
outside of the US.

They pop up on eBay all the time for not massive sums of money, usually in
the US though. UK based sellers with 5200's do pop up from time to time so
it's worth keeping an eye open.

Carts for them are nice and cheap too! 🙂
