Question Vega 56 working but not showing up in Windows 10, CAM, or Afterburner

I upgraded my machine and swapped the old mobo (Asus Prime B-450M-A CSM) and GPU (Vega 56) to a new case. When I logged onto Windows I wanted to see how my temps were doing and noticed that my GPU doesn't show up on CAM. I then looked at afterburner, and nope, then went to task manager and not GPU showing. What is strange is that it is a Ryzen system, so I know the GPU is working.
Some other details. I have it plugged into an old monitor to get it set up. HDMI to VGA connection. Other than a new SSD and PSU it is is the same hardware that I ran for the past 6 months just fine.
I have scoured the web and can't seem to find anything about this odd thing.
Any suggestion to get the GPU recognized by even Windows 10?

Welcome to the forums my friend!

How does the GPU appear in Device Manager?
Have you installed latest drivers since the MB change?

I'll have to check once I get home from vacation tomorrow about how it appears in Device manager.
I thought I checked the drivers when I moved it, but will also check that when I get home.
