Question Vertical Red Line on monitor

Hello, I've recently purchase an AOC U2879VF monitor and after connecting it for the first time I've noticed a vertical red line running down from the top right corner of the screen.

Rma, you got a faulty monitor.

Is it hdmi or displayport? Maybe it's the wire or something simple. Did you try other sports on the video card?

Underclock your monitor refresh rate from factory default to something lower
for e.g. if default is 60hz underclock it to 50hz.
It also helpful for faint vertical lines on cheap IPS displays
and will be greatly helpful in reducing eyestrain and improving image quality
from Nvidia custom resolution
