My problem is that for a few months now I get very bad screen tearing in overwatch, cod warzone and battlefield 2042 when I play in native 4k 60hz and vsync. If I put the game in windowed borderless I get butter smooth image. I tried many things. In nvidia control panel I tried vsync settings and tried forcing 60hz but the tearing is always there and it is almost making games unplayable, hurts my eyes. Interesting when I check fps for example in warzone with vsync on, I get over 60fps, sometimes 80. But shouldnt it be under 60 when my refresh rate is 60??? It is like vsync doesnt work at all. I have latest nvidia drivers. My gpu is gtx 1080ti and I use an LG b9 oled for display. A few months ago vsync worked just fine.... I reinstalled Windows not long ago could it be that im missing some kind of driver? Sadly I dont remember if I had tearing before I reinstalled Windows. This is driving me crazy please help.

What Nvidia drivers you got? Newest or newer ones? Cause i have some randon tearing after updating Nvidia's newest drivers, and im even with G-sync. Have you tried in game V-sync or locking FPS from game? Or just Nvidia settings? There is also build in VRR in Windows10 you can try.
