Very bad texture loading and draw distances in games

Hello guys! Before i start i just want to say sorry for my English,i know it's bad..

So,recently my computer started to lag and textures and draw distances in games were awful. I discovered that my hdd had bad sectors,so i bought a new one. Now,my pc is not lagging but still textures in games on distance look worse than textures in gta san andreas,when i come close to them they load and they look normal,please help and again sorry for bad English

i3 7100

What’s the RPM of the new HDD? It should be at least 7200 for good texture loading
