Discussion Very High Ram Memory & Cpu usage

Well then I will explain to you what happened, recently I had problems with a lot of random and strange computer crashes that were not there before (I have a good specification that's why I suspected because before I had no problems)
The computer would suddenly freeze, Google and Discord windows would close randomly (still happens)
And also the RAM and CPU usage is high, I looked in the task manager to see what is using my RAM and CPU and I didn't see any software including Windows that uses such a high amount of RAM, it's very strange.
(Because I restarted my computer I have pictures so will add when it happens again) I would appreciate good anti software solutions that could help I tried malawarbytes and found some things but didn't solve the problem.

By the way no games are running when thats happend so thats weird.

Default CPU Temps: 5% AVG not in game [very low]
Default Ram Usage: 4GB Ram [Windows 11]
Default GPU Temps Usage: 0-2% [Not in Game]
Default GPU Activity: 49c [current]

Window 11 installed on SSD [GIGABYTE] [256GB]
Another Disk HDD 2T.B

When the cpu and ram memory goes up its goes up to the max around 95%+
and no apps on task manager [even when I check which apps use that memory nothing mentioned]
