Very Low fps!!!!!!!!!!!

I own a samsung NP300E5ZAOUIN. It comes with 2gigs of ram.
My problem i what when i do my normal work like surfing internet, watching youtube videos I easilly got 60-70 fps and sometimes it jumps to even 92, but I play some games like gta sanandreas(fully modded- changed all cars,road,train almost everything) I only got 15-25 fps.
Whats the matter. Is it a RAM problem or anything else. I am also planning to upgrade to 6 gigs of ram, means I am installing 4 gigs of more RAM. Will this increase my fps,if not What should I do.
In my laptop there is intel hd graphics 3000 of 1 gigs is installed

yes it's a RAM issue. If possible try to upgrade to 8GB. Also make sure you quit out of other apps like chrome etc before playing games.

be aware that you wont get amazing FPS with that GPU, however more RAM will definitely improve things.
