All of a sudden this morning (everything was fine with all devices last night) my wife could not get WiFi on her laptop and I could not get WiFi on my phone. We discovered this as our Amazon Echo was streaming the morning news with no issue whatsoever. I took a look our ISP supplied WiFi modem and there were no trouble lights. I reset the modem anyway and everything came back up within a few minutes. The Echo reconnected and the news was streaming just as it was before, but both of us were still getting an "Internet may not be available" message on our other devices. This is the first time we've ever had this issue. Any ideas? I don't really think my ISP will be much help because if they test for signal obviously we have some kind of a connection because otherwise the Echo wouldn't be able to stream content.
