Very various CPU temperatures

Hello, i have a problem.
I've overclocked my CPU (Xeon X5570) to 4GHz.

But the problem is the CPU temperatures are very various by core - if i use all the cores on 100%, the temperatures are like:
Core 0: 68°C
Core 1: 94°C
Core 2: 69°C
Core 3: 87°C

Are those temperatures okay, if there's about 20°C difference between cores?

If it's not okay, is there any way to fix it?

That's not normal! Did you try re-installing the cooler? Core 1 & 3 are on the same side i believe...

That means a bad mount most of the times. Uninstall the cooler and check if the paste is spread EVENLY across the entire chip. If it isn't, clean it off, and re apply NEW paste. Line method preferablly

Previous owner had the same problems on this frequency (with water cooling), could it be CPU's fault?

Underclock the cpu and see if it is still like that

Without overclocking it's okay, the differences between temperatures are max 5°C.

I have a feeling it is still a bad mount. Remove the cooler and take a picture of the CPU with the thermal paste on it
