Question Vga and Boot led on motherboard

I recently built a pc for gaming and it worked great for about 2 hours until it crashed and started giving me errors saying there was a memory issue. I tried taking out my RAM sticks and putting them back in multiple times but the pc stopped displaying to my monitor after a couple tries. So I decided to just completely erase everything off my pc and try to install windows again. Now when I turn on the pc the Vga and boot leds turn on and windows displays errors when I try to install it again. The pc stays on fine and all the fans and leds work. Occasionally the monitor will start turning on and off but i’ve gotten it to stay on the bios menus for a while. Could this be a graphics card issue? Or maybe a RAM issue due to the memory errors? I’m not sure what to try next anything would be helpful!
