VGA Light Constantly On But PC is Still Working.

This morning, after a fresh install of windows the night before I turn on my PC and notice that the VGA Debug Light was on displaying an error code 04 I'm not sure what the problem is as I the PC is working and I'm typing on it now but the Light still irks me. I feel like a problem may arise at some point. Anyway any feedback would be extremely appreciated on how to fix the problems.\

I have tried:
Replacing RAM sticks multiple times in different slots and one or two as well
Going into BIOS and fiddling with it there to no avail.
