Question VGA light on ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PRO

Hello. I just recently bought a new computer. I have no problems with it, it runs great and everything. But some times, the white VGA light comes on from boot and stays on until reboot or shut off. I have done some research and found out that there could be a problem with the GPU. So I tried to re-insert the card in its slot, but it did not work. Anyone that can help me to find a solution here? And I am running a GTX 360 Ghost card.

Let's get the complete specs, including both the exact PSU and a clarification of what GPU you have (there's no such thing as as GTX 360; Nvidia skipped over the 300s for consumer-oriented GPUs back in the day, with only a few low-end OEM cards being made).
