Question VGA light on

Hello,

I have just built a computer with

CPU:i5 12400
Motherboard:gigabyte Z690 UD AX
Ram:16x2 corsair vengence 3200mhz
SSD/HDD: 512gb crucial p3 plus
GPU: Inte hd 730/ integrated graphics
PSU:EVGA G5 750W
Chassis: Fractal Design meshify 2
OS:None(planning on installing ubuntu server)
Monitor:samsung LS27A950DS

My pc is not getting to the boot screen and VGA light is on.

I have tried unplugging and replugging motherboard and cpu power cable and removing the cmos battery for 15 seconds then rebooting the pc. So far i have not had any luck with this is there any other way i could trouble shoot it find a solution?

are you sure you have the 12400 and not the 12400f ?

try update bios with Q-Flash Plus
what connection are you using for the monitor? hdmi or displayport?

My motherboard does not support q flash plus and i am using hdmi snd have tried replacing the hdmi cable.

I updated the bios to the latest version and it didnt work. Checked for bent pins and there are none. Added a gpu and still didnt work.
