Question VGA light stays on for 4 seconds before displaying Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX

I just upgraded my comptuer and the new motherboard I got is an B650 Aorus elite AX....I noticed the red VGA light turns on for about 4 seconds before displaying anything I tried updating the BIOS same thing, I have a 3090 Ti if that helps too. Is this normal or should I return the board?

Did you reinstall the OS after your upgrade?

On second thoughts please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Is this normal or should I return the board?
If the POST process is about 40seconds or so long, you're in the clear. If it's taking longer than that, you either have CSM enabled or your OS is carried over from the prior build.
