Video annoyance with A7N8X-VM/400

Running Windows XP pro SP2, 2 Gig RAM. Sometimes when opening a window or
dialog box, Video blanks out for a second and comes back. Sometimes it
leaves the window graphics scrambled, but not the rest of the desktop. Hit
F5 to refresh. I ran a Windows update and put on the new Nvidia drivers.
Problem still occurs. I changed the resolution as well. I did not adjust the
acceleration and hope I don't have too. I have the same board at home and it
is fine.

Anyone else run into this?

I installed drivers downloaded from Nvidia, but it still has this problem.
Also, Computer may seem to freeze a second ot two before the blank out
occures.
