After I dusted out my PC for New Years, it blue screened about 10 minutes after turning it on. I reseated my GPU pci connector and PSU cables and restarted. Now it only stutters when I move my cursor quickly or towards the top of the window.

After checking the local Even Viewer, I have noticed that it seems that an even with the source "nvlddmkm" (Excuse my ineptitude with firmware) has failed about the same times that my audio/video has stuttered in the last hour.

I have uninstalled chrome, updated drivers, cleaned PCI slot, checked HD.

All the info I have on the failed event:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video6

Specs:
-Cheap chinese MoBo

-intel i5 2320
-1Tb WD [blue? I think.]

try googling your issue next time so see if there are solutions already on the internet, I searched that weird filename of yours and got this on the first hit
