Set it to Prefer Maximum Performance and set the refresh rate to Highest Available.

Optimal power just throttles the clock speed down when you're not using 3D applications. Saves a bit of power. Either way you should set your refresh rate to highest available.

ok done, and the refresh rate is 144 hz 1440p g-sync monitor the refresh rate is at 143 hz one off of 144
