Video card upgrade for hp a6442p

I want to upgrade my video card for Hp a6442p desktop. My system is 250watt.

I am not the original person that started this thread, but I am looking for the same upgrade.

I am looking to upgrade to a larger tv/monitor; a 32" 1080 HDTV, that does not have VGA, only HDMI.

I am a construction estimator and 10 - 12 hours daily reading digital blueprints at the office with a 40" monitor. My home PC's are 19 and 21 inch. Is a power supply upgrade necessary?

I have thought of buying a 720 VGA equipped screen, but I would probably lose quality when enlarging details. A 720 would save the cost of the new tv and the card and the power supply upgrade.

What are your thoughts on this?
