Any body knows if the Video Card XFX GeForce FX 5500 256MB with DVI &
TV Out Video, is compatible with the monitor "DELL 2005FPW Ultra Sharp
Flat Panel Monitor
This monitor is one of the new generation of wide (20.1") LCD
monitors.
I made this question to FX but got no answer.

As long as the video output aspect ratio and resolution [eg 4:3 or 16:9
aspect ratios & 1024 x 768 or 1152 x 864 resolution] supported by the display
panet are available from the video card it should be fine.

So check your aspect ratio for the panel [I'm guessing that it's 16:9] and
the resolution for the panel: then look at the options on the video card.

Hi Vlad ,
as long as you use the detonator driver from nvidia there is no problem.
My 2005fpw works fine with my 6600GT.Just connect it with your DVI and have fun 🙂

By the time I realize that the 5500 is outdated it was to late to
change the order from Tiger but for the price is not a bad deal.
It should arrive today.
