Video controller Driver problem

Recently I have purchased a gt630 graphics card. My PC didn't have a graphic card befor. After fresh installation of OS, I have installed drivers for my intel board except graphic card and nvidia driver for the graphics card. But the device manager shows drivers for video controller are not installed. I made it to search online for driver, it shows a intel graphics driver but it isn't installed it. If I manually try to install the graphics driver, it failed to install. What to do now, because of this I'm unable to use windows 8 metro apps. Please help me.

shut down the computer, plug the monitor cable to the gt630, turn the computer on, see if you get any screen output.

currently I've plugged in the monitor to gt630 only, everything is fine except the video controller. Should I install the intel integrated graphics driver along with nvidia gt 630 drivers?
