video engine load

when trying to play utube vids, pc crashes. monitoring with TechPowerUp GPU-Z and it shows video engine load at 100%. What does this mean and what should i do to solve. All games, movies etc. perfect, just youtube type vids

Turn off graphic acceleration in your browser.

Thnx, have tried that, and the youtube vids are just closed telling me to enable or you need flash player to watch this vid !
