Video-In and NTSC vs PAL

Just a quick question on how video cards handle different video input formats.
Specifically, will my FX5700 allow me to connect both NTSC and PAL video sources to it, or will it take only one? If one, which?
Thanks for the info!

Dude, no ofense, but why don't you read your card documentation? Personally, I have never seen an FX5700 with video in. I know that Gainward has one with video in. If yours is Gainward address your question to their tech support if it is not covered in the documentation.

Trust me, I've looked, not only in the manual but online as well- no luck. I was hoping to find someone here who's tried it out or just knows.
The exact card I have is the MSI FX5700-VTD128. Any ideas? Thanks,

It will definitely take NTSC if you bought it in North America. Have you tried emailing MSI tech support with your question? If you are too lazy to do this, just try a PAL source and see what happens! What is there to worry about? If you were trying to decide whether to buy the card or not I could understand your concern, but you already have the card. Just try it.
