Microsoft should focus on improving its products, instead of accusing others for something they are not triumphant as its competitors.

Eh, should MS really be lecturing people about browser design? Honestly, if you don't like it, disable it. If you're smart enough to know what it means, you're smart enough to find out if its optional. I can think of far worse things the "average user" might do then have google or whichever search engine see what you type in the address bar.

There is no excuse, if you value your privacy then you should do your research. It's mind-numbingly naive to assume "default settings" will cover that for you.

Anyone who uses Firefox with Google as the default inbuilt search engine is using Google's auto-complete as well. As much as I dislike Google, let's not kid ourselves here. If you use Google in any browser, you are sending them your information.
