I have been experiencing occasional instances of my computer not playing/loading videos, whether it be streaming (youtube, vimeo), a file on my computer, or in Adobe's Premiere Pro. I can use the computer as normal, when streaming I can switch between videos and use the sites normally but the video is caught in an endless loading loop, video files on my computer will open my default players and I can use the apps like normal but the video won't play, and finally Premiere Pro the program I use to edit won't playback videos either. I can edit and use the program like normal but it won't playback. I installed one of the new Geforce 2080 Ti's in the computer and keep its drivers updated, have only had this problem recently in the last couple months. Is this a GPU problem, driver problem, or possibly an OS problem? Anyone else have these problems? PS this problem will crop up for a few hours then disappear for a couple days or weeks.
