Have taking this to a repair shop to be fixed and they reported it as working and ran a 1 hour test it while in Windows, I know it must have worked as Netflix reported a login for that area at the time of the test. Is there some easy fix for this issue?
The lights in the bottom right of the motherboard 2 are lighting up the dram is mostly solid and the CPU flashes for a while.
