Ok so the last headline I saw for the big radeon 7 series was something to the effect of these cards trading image quality for performance... Which they found out was just bad release drivers and ended being total BS but they kept the misleading title.

While the 680 get a fine ass woman in a red dress... I think this obviously shows a good example of the editor's here at toms BIAS towards Nvidia products.

Don't get me wrong I'm no AMD humper because I rock a couple 6950's, I rock whats good. My old rig has an EVGA GTS-250 512MB and I rode that beast right up to BF3, Skyrim, ME3, NFS The Run, COD-3
With impressive setting and frames give the Nvidia's age, all playable (30 FPS+)

The big 7XXX's are damn good cards. Yes the 680 is faster but it also released 3 months later the the 7's, But don't think for a second AMD doesn't have something on the burner ready to fire back. And after that Nvidia will counter back with something faster, once company playing catch up to another is how tech evolves. It just bugs me how these writers can be so blindly biased at times.

yeah but then you'll end up with owner's remorse after a while and get bored. the same thing will happen with the 4 gtx 680s. 😉

Unequal Nvidia and AMD coverage? Nah, it's not like Tom's covered a non-existent issue with the Radeon 7000 series and then hired a bimbo to promote the GTX 680.
 
I'm going to chip in here and say while I like the chick in the ad I would much rather see Jane M presenting this sort of stuff ... as I am fairly sure that wasn't Jane.

We want Jane ... with her bike helmet on ... it feels more geekish that way.

Alternately if she wants to cosplay dress like Feyris from Stein's Gate ...

It is impossible to buy one period. Was trying to but by the time I hit submit order ..." your shopping card is empty due to limited stock...bla bla BS" The whole process could have taken 30 seconds...I mean come one why don't they come up with the pre-order list. You get a number and wait, I mean a low tech cold cut deli managers figured it out but not the egg?)

But the headline? Simply awful. Frankly they could have made the whole thing one page long, changed the headline, and had a lot less people confused.
