videos from videos section are not loading

When I try to see some video ot the site (doesn't matter which one) it just do not loads;
I have properly installed flash player latest ver. And I have tried it on IE7, IE8 beta, FireFox , but ...NO. They just do not load.

What I'm doing wrong ?
