Videos on chrome flashing

I bought a second hand Club3d R9 280X GPU and games are running good with it i even hit 100fps in PUBG sometimes but i have this annoying problem that happens when i am for example watching a youtube video. The video colors completely change for like a one second and then goes back to normal and this also happens when i go from fullscreen to "windowed" in youtube so is it only a bug or is there something wrong with my GPU? It runs at around 40 celsius at idle and i got Seasonic 620w 80+ Bronze modular PSU. And i didnt have this problem when i had my old GPU GTX 750 TI plugged in.

Also the card needs 6 pin connector and 6+2 pin connector so should i put one cable which has both of these or separate cables, which gives the best power to the gpu because i think that could be a problem because i think the GPU needs 750w minimum but i dont know why games run good then.

If your gaming just fine, sounds like a graphics driver issue. Is your radeon driver up to date?

It is a chrome/driver bug because i tried Microsoft Edge and it didn't do it so i guess i'll wait for new drivers or chrome updates.
