Videos start black then go normal.

Maybe a slow internet connection or an issue with Flash player. When you say "any video" do you mean online or one that is on a DVD or file also?

Yeah, online. I reinstalled my drivers, still happens.

Try in a different browser, and check for any updates to Flash player. Do an internet speed test also. If you are using a wireless card, test it using an ethernet cable.

I guess it's chrome then, but flash player crashes my firefox. Sucks if I choose one or the other.
