Looking at their site it says £29.75/month for 3 months then £34.75 per month after that.

You could get it with a phone line bundle for ~£5 more per month (but it'll be cheaper for 6 months not 3). OR if you wanted to, £46.62 per month for 6 months then £93.25 after that with Spotify Premium for 3 months, 1tb TiVo box with an extra one for another room with a load of sports and movie channels (couple hundred channels with 37 HD), unlimited anytime to landline + VM numbers with cheaper international calls.

Or you could go for the 60mb option which looks much better value.

unless you have downloads going 24/7 or are really impatient getting anything higer then 60Mbps from Virgin is a waste of money as almost all of that bandwith will be going to waste.

altough i do make a fair few of my American Friends envious.

Only a select few areas actually get 120Mb, Can I get it (I'm in Central London Zone 2)... nope. Can I get BT Infinity..... nope, fastest internet available to me is half a bloody meg

Exactly. The bandwidth may be wasted but not the service. Engorged e-peen is worth any price! ;-D

I'm wielding a limp 8MB and the ISPs' "Enlarge your e-peen" spam does nothing for dwindling self esteem. :-(

It would be nice if I could get off of ADSL here in the sticks, and I'm not that far away from town's, or London tbh! Guess the politicians don't give a damn about us, only themselves that work in the cities, awhile I know it is hard to do, people in rural areas are much more stranded especially if there is a storm. I just feel instead of pushing all this super fast stuff on people with already fast speeds they could upgrade me from 8 to around 24, failing that go to 16.

Uh, Sweden and most of the other European countries are at 300-500Mbps and now Sweden is upgrading to a 1Gbps connections.

120Mbps is still fast, but not the fastest in Europe! Not by a long shot! Wish I had that kinda speed here in the U.S.

ok, i want to watch netflix... oh, whats this... if i watch netflix over wifi, everything that connected to that router gets so crippled that it makes it un useable on a 70mbit line?

yea... i would be willing to pay more for the headroom

to those of us in the states... see what happens when there aren't government mandated monopolies of telecoms in areas and actual competition takes place.. i wish i had a choice between comcast and somethign other than dsl and i live in a state capitol withing 2 miles of 2 major universities
