Question Virtualization enabled in BIOS, but I can't enable Hyper-V as I don't have SLAT. Can I enable it without SLAT? [NOT SOLVED YET]

Hey there, my Virtualization is enabled in BIOS,
• I have a Core 2 Duo E8400
• Have 4GB RAM
• (edit) Dell Precision T3400
• (edit) BIOS Revision A09
• Have an old af pc
and want to run emulator stuff with Hyper-V
but I can't enable Hyper-V as I don't have SLAT. Can I enable it without SLAT?
