Virus I really can't seem to get rid of

Hey guys, I actually have windows 8.1 so anyone who recommends combofix 8.1 isn't supported.

I've got a hijacking virus that so far bitdefender, malwarebytes, JRT, and a few others haven't been able to find. I've tried reg clean, searching for add/remove programs, searched task manager.

It changes target for chrome, IE, and I assume firefox to the following link I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLICKING IT http:// bing.vc/?r=15443&lnk=sct2. Every time I change it back when i restart computer it comes back. Also, when I do change the target back my chrome browser is overrun with ads.

Someone please help

It might have damaged you registry permanently. Is reinstalling windows an option for you?

Have a look at the the actual properties of the browser shortcut or icon. I have seen some funny stuff go on it there which was a bitch to find. Good luck!
