Virus or what?

So, I noticed my anti-virus picked up some viruses today, here's the log:

Could it just be that it's thinking Skype setup is a virus?

Also, I went to the temp folder and found about 10 empty folders with titled: scoped_dirXXXX (XXXX meaning 4 random numbers)

Also found the Skype set up.

Edit 1: Also if you notice, when I visited the temp folder, it found 3 more viruses.
