VIrus using 100% of cpu???

So recently my pc started running slow and the cpu is at 100% load. There are also popup ads in google, Google also while I am using it, randomly closes without warning. I tried to install malwarebytes but an error poped up when I tried to open the program "Unable to connect the service". I noticed in task manager two of the same applications are running both called "client" I can't seem to end the task. If you have any suggestions on what I should do it would be really helpful.

I tried malwarebytes and also tried spyhunter but both would not open displaying an error.

avast / avg free / herd protect.

try:
open task manager
services
if you see 'client' in that list, stop service.
tasks
end client tasks.

or boot safemode, install antivirus or adware programs.

never use chrome.

its sound like you have a bad virus then since most virus will not let you install virus scanners. i would try downloading and trying to install norton power eracer and if you can't install that then next i would try making a bootable virus scanner like norton's recovery tool.
