Vishera cpus and 970 motherboard

Would an Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0 have compatibility issues with a FX 8350 being a Vishera cpu?

Works with the first BIOS version so it will function.

Do not try to overclock the processor with that board. Asrock did not really make that board to overclock a 125 Watt processor 4+1 power phase.
You would probably be better off buying a Intel i5 processor with a budget motherboard.
