I just cancelled my Vision Pictures Pack because i really wasn't using it very
much. I added the $5 picture mail option, instead. My question concerns
something the rep said about acessing the web without the vision pack. He said
web acess would be 1 cent per minute, email or text messages would be 10 cents
each, and downloads would be what they cost. Is this true? Are there any
other charges i should know about if i acess the web without vision? Thanks in
advance for the help.

I *hope* he didn't say that. Without the Vision pack, your phone's
online functions get charged by the kilobyte, not by the minute. A
penny per kilobyte (KB). That *includes* the actual transmission of
pictures via Picturemail. The $5/month gives you access, but you
still pay a toll to drive the cyber-highway in order to access it.
